I will reach 65 years old in June '05. I am a retiree of General Electric. My spouse, who is 61, wishes to continue with Cobra dental since my dental plan ceases at 65. Can you please send the information about Cobra dental for my 61 year old spouse? She was originally on my dental plan as a dependent. Please send the cost and the necessary information to:
