Did you receive a notification that your wife has terminated you from her plan? There are special rights for a spouse who is terminated in anticpation of a divorce, and those are your rights, not tied to your wife's coverage at all.

On your insurance card there should be a number you can call for benefit information. If so, call and ask to speak to a rep about your coverage status. They can tell you if you've been terminated. If you have, request the COBRA eligibility package and it will be sent to you directly, not to your spouse. Make sure you give them the correct address, and have them note that you no longer live at the same address as your spouse.
