I moved from Ca to Texas. I am NOW DIVORCED and able to get COBRA.(through my ex husbands employer for 18 months) However the provider is not in Texas it is only in CA. I have epilepsy have had brain surgery and need insurance. I can not get my own coverage due to my pre exhisting condition. Will Cobra pay for aa approved doctor in Texas.Any help would be GREAT!!!!
