It sounds like you should be eligible to elect COBRA coverage. I don't know anything specific about BCBS or it's networks, so I don't know how your coverage might work moving from GA to MN. You might want to call the carrier and ask them about that. Your premium will most likely change, as you can be required to pay up to 102% of the actual full premium. You could get coverage for up to 18 months.
