Hi! My son will be graduating college at the end of July and returning home with his wife. She has a new job and will have medical coverage starting in June( therefore, just for 2 months). At that time they will move from Indiana to New Jersey. He will not yet have a job. She does not want to ask at work for fear of loosing her job. My question is: Is she eligible for COBRA coverage if she has only been insured for 2 months? She is pregnant and needs coverage.
