Is it a COBRA qualifying event if a firm when it sells the majority of its assets ( not stock) and terminates a RETIREE plan it had? The retiree Plan consisted of the employer paying for INDIVIDUAL Medicare Supplements and a Stand Alone Drug Card - not an insured or self funded Group Health Plan?
