Letter
I received a letter saying that my insurance for the month of May would be cancelled if you did not receive payment. I checked with my bank and the check that I wrote to COBRA has been cashed. In the same envelope I stated that insurance coverage was to be cancelled on June 1, st because I was to receive insurance through my place of employment at that time, however you are still sending me a bill. Please look into this matter as I should have been covered in the month of May.
