I filled out my TCC cobra paperwork but the plan administrator never filed my TCC forms. I worked for a very large government agency so I am used to things taking a while to get done. When I never got any bill for the coverage I called them. Now the 60 days are over and they are telling me that I am out of luck. Am I?
