Drop Cobra then need to reinstate?
On Cobra after a layoff - it can continue for 8 or 9 more months. Got employed elsewhere Aug 1. with a 90 day probationery period. Their insurance is to take effect Sept. 1. If I drop Cobra when theirs kicks in and I am fired or layed off or I quit, can I/may I reinstate Cobra within the 18 month window?
