Hello all,
I have a question, I am no profesor when it comes down to basic health insurance, and especially when it comes down to COBRA coverage. This is my situation, I recieved a letter from the insurance carrier regarding my COBRA coverage, unknown to me, I am still employed, and the letter was sent out on 08/15/05? I thought or was under the impression, you get a letter from COBRA whe you are termininated or your hours are reduced? Can someone explain to me why I would get this letter? I am thinking they have already ( my employer) made up there minds to terminate my employment, what else could this be?
