Dear Ms. or Sir;
I am writing in regards in whom to contact concerning additional health care.
I am currently covered under medicare however that does not cover medication which if I would fill all my prescriptions runs approxamentally $900.00.
My disablity is lose of working memory, anxiety and depression. I have been informed by a professional that there are programs however I have not been able to find the person(s) to whom to contact. With my learning disability I feel very lose to whom to find this agency.
If you could help me contact the organization which could help me I certainly would be appreciative.
