COBRA and Workers Comp.
Spouse was on on workers comp. Regular health plan premiums due. Could not pay the premiums in lump sum and offered to make payments with employer. Employer stated they would call back with payment plan. No one called and the employer canceled regular health plan coverage without notifing us. Employer said they do not have to offer COBRA becase health plan was canceled do to lack of premium payment. Any suggestions?
