I have been off work on medical leave since July 26th, 2005. I received a letter from my insurance company on September 3rd, stating
that insurance is pending COBRA. My employer has not contacted me regarding any
of this. Is this legal for my insurance to be cancelled while off on medical leave and without prior notice?
