Cobra Coverage Dropped before 18 months up!
I have had Cobra coverage since I left my employment, and my benefits were due to terminate in March of 2005. All of a sudden, the insurance company sent back my check for my November 2004 payment, and told me my October payment is going to be refunded (it was cashed). My payments were on time, and they only sent me a letter saying "You are no longer being billed for services". I have called repeatedly, only to be told "it's being researched". What are my rights here?
