Cobra Health Insurance
I was on Cobra since I was let go last July of 2004.. Found a job in the
middle of December of 2004 and was told by my new employment that the
insurance would kick in on February 1, 2005. I have realized that the job
is not what I thought it would be. Here is the "Question". Can I call up
my previous employer who laid me off and go back on Cobra or is it over
because I did start a new job, but plan on leaving to look for something
else?
