Did you already cancel your COBRA coverage? If you did, then you most likely do not have any reinstatement rights. But if you didn't cancel it yet then there is no reason for it to stop. Starting a new job doesn't stop your coverage, but starting the new coverage would (under most situations). And if you leave before the new coverage starts, then you should be able to continue on your COBRA (as long as you keep paying timely, of course...)
