I was on COBRA for seven months last year and I am one of the people who was not billed on a monthly basis.
I need to obtain the history of my cobra coverage to show how much I paid and over what period of time. Cancelled checks won't cover what I need.
Who would I contact to obtain these records? Please help. Thank you.
