COBRA non-compliance
My son was fired several months ago. He had an on-the-job head injury and could no longer perform the work. The COBRA notifications were just fine. Worked OK, sort of, for awhile.
He has paid on time every month as recorded by Ceridian COBRAserve, retained by the company, however the last month and a half they have not paid the insurance company. How does one file a complaint about this sort of problem? DOL makes a WEB site comment that they only enforce notification requirements.
