What about wages and travel expenses
Last May the company I used to work for(based in New York City) filled bankruptcy under chapter 7. At the moment of the petition they owed me approximately $7,200 in wages and travel expenses reimbursements. Even though I sent all the documents needed to the lawyers who took over the case I still havent heard back from them. I was wondering in what order, after all company's assets have been liquidated, the creditors are being compensated. DO I have any privileges over the rest of the creditors?
