Couple questions here: Patient under 65, covered under COBRA. She started receiving treatment for ESRD in December. My question is: can she continue with her COBRA now that she is in dialysis? Please define "entitlement" and "eligibility". Is she REQUIRED to enroll with MEDICARE due to her ESRD? I have contacted several agencies and received a couple answers.
