The health plan adminstrator should notify you within 30-60 days of any changes to the plan.

: How does a company inform terminated employees who are on cobra of a change in health plan?

: The health plan the employee has their cobra coverage through is being terminated and the employer is offering the choice of two other plans for the employee to switch to. Where can we access examples of letters of notification?
