There is no such thing as low premiums for health insurance with pre-existing conditions that I am aware of but if anyone finds one let me know also!!
You will be lucky to find ANY plan (other than through place of employment) that will insure you with pre-existing conditions. If you do find one they will probably put a rider on to exclude anything to do with your pre-existing conditions.
You can go to your state plan if you have been rejected by a number of insurance carriers. But it is very expensive and very high deductibles and low maximum caps.
If you are self employed you might be able to get coverage through your Chamber of Commerce. There are groups of self employed people who go together and get group coverage that might not have pre-existing condition clauses.
good luck!
