I, too am under the gun with COBRASERV dragging their feet, cashed the COBRA premium and tells us that they are 60 90 days behind in paper work and do not know when our coverage will continue. In other words, we go to receive medical care and the ins. is cancelled per the computer. Where is the justice?
: I understand that by law, a company had 30 days to process a COBRA claim. What is the penalty for the company for missing deadlines?
