In adition to the question I just asked, I please would like to inquire as to the couple of thousand dollars that we have spend out of pocket the last two months, while we were awaiting COBRA coverage. Who do we recoup that from, when we shouldn't have been on COBRA at all? The new company where my husband is now employed that mistakenly wanted him to wait their waive period of 3 mos.? I'm feel sure that is the correct way to go, but how do we do this without rocking the boat? Jobs are scarce in NC.
