I prepaid my Jan.2002 premium in early Dec.2002.In late Dec. 2002 I recieved a notice of an increase of my premimum of $10 for Jan.2003; In early January I sent a payment for the $10 and the Feb. premium. I called the provider when I noticed my check had not cleared the bank. They have told me my coverage was cancelled at the end of January because they did not receive the payment of $10(And still can not find it). I am certain I sent it. This is not the first problem I have had with this provider acknowledging that they have payment. What can I do?
