If you had coverage under this now bankrupt plan the Department of Labor is investigating the circumstanes surrounding it. I am not connected with the Department of Labor but I can give you the name of who to contact at the Department of Labor.

Also I can provide your lawyer with a copy of the lawsuit I have filed.
