The notification was address to just my husband and no formal notification was given to me. I was unaware of dental being under COBRA until I called the insurance company and was told by them that they would allow me to enroll up to 104 from loss of coverage, but I had to go through the employer. I just wanted coverage for my children for Dental. What can I do, if anything? Is this okay?
