My husband quit his job in September of 2002, worked for a small buisness, and was offered Cobra on his insurance. The company changed insurances in November 2002 and my husband was able to continue paying the cobra. Now, Feb 2003, the employer is cancelling the Cobra, with only 4 days notice. Is this legal since Cobra was offered and we have not been late with any payments
