I left my employer in June of 2002 and signed up for Cobra insurance. I payed all my premiums on time and was even 6 months ahead. I was eligible until January 2004. Unbenounced to me the company I worked for went bankrupt and my policy was canceled. Can cobra continue if the company no longer exsits???
