Notify the department of labor.
However, did they cancel coverage, then, after a reasonable amount of time, get a new plan? If so, you might not be able to get COBRA under the new plan.
If you are healthy, COBRA may not be the cheapest way to go. Get
your own health insurance with a lower premium.

: I was laid off 8/2002 and immediately exercised my insurance portability rights with COBRA. I have been covered with no lapses of payments. My former company changed insurance providers without notice to me. I believe the law requires them to give me 30 days notice before changing any services. I need to verify this. If I am correct, who do I notify that my company violated my COBRA rights? Thanks.
