company insurance contibution for fired employee
i got fired in the middle of the month. my company used to pay for my indivutual health insurance plan as they did not have a group plan and had less than 10 employees. Is the employer required by law to pay my whole premium for the month I got fired or can he just pay a part of it? I am in georgia.
