You may be entitled to 29 months of COBRA if you are disabled. Or 36 months if your qualifying event is a divorce. Also soes your plan allow for a conversion into an individual policy.

: I WORKED FOR A COMPANY THAT WAS SELF INSURED AND IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT I DO NOT QUALIFY FOR CA. COBRA CONTINUATION INSURANCE UNTIL I REACH AGE 65 WHICH IS IN ABOUT 1-1/2 YEARS FROM NOW. MY 18 MONTHS OF COBRA ENDED ON 12-1-02.
: IS THIS TRUE. WHAT DO I DO?

: PLEASE EMAIL ME YOUR ANSWER. THANK YOU
