In my many emails I always tell folks to always write a letter using certified mail, return receipt requested. By doing so you have proof of contact. Asak your attorney for a copy of the letters he or she sent on your behalf.
: : dear ser my health insurance was cancenaled by spx corp. they told me not to send payment till i cot new coupon book back in 1 13 03 and said i was coverd i never have got the book and made 4 calls to spx corp. they told me the same thing to do send no payment till i get the book but i was covered. my att. talked to them to and got the same story. but they stoped my coverage 3 weeks ago. they told my att. my coverage would be active in 24 to 48 hours it is not. they told me that 3 times please healp me. my wife needs med. thank you very much
