I think you should contact a tax accountant and ask them. I know the answer but I do not want to put my malpractice insurance on the line for someone who has not paid me for my advice.
: I was laid off and at the time of termination my company said after I paid for 3 months of Cobra that they would reimburse me. Well I got my check today and they taxed it like a regular pay check. Can they do this since I have already paid taxes on that money?
