My mom has terminal cancer and has been on aggressive chemothearphy.
She just found out her insurance was cancellled. She recieved a letter in October that stated if she didn't do anything her current coverage will continue as is.
She never was told that her insurnace would be cancelled or that she was going to take on the responcibility of non cobra insurance 100%..
I need to write a letter to cobra... what are the crutial facts that I need to enclose?
