: i quit a job signed up for cobra . recieved bill for three months of coverage from former employer . payed bill . after two months i was rehired by same employer . employer deducted for medical insurance from paycheck. employer did this for four months .just found out coverage has been cancelled in the third month of my return . and to top it off i never recieved a notice from the plan administrator . can anyone help ? rew893
