We can sue to get your notice provided the employer has more than 20 employees. We have sued more than 20 employers over the past 14 years to get COBRA notices. Our number is (713) 659-3737.
: My understanding is that my former employer has 44 days to notify me of Cobra. My former Employer has not informed me of Cobra or sent me any forms. I was laid off Sept. 30th. What are my alternatives?
