Contact the employer and Aetna via certifed mail return receipt requested and ask for the COBRA notice. Do it in writing and do it today.
: My family and I were covered under Aetna Healthcare at my former employer. I was laid off but the coverage was extended as part of my severence package. Now that it has ended, how would I go about continuing my coverage through Cobra.
