Provide her lawyer with the address of your current employer and the Tricare insurance. Let your former spouse's attorney do the contacting.
: Just divorced, spouse wants COBRA Insurance. I am employed, but carried TRICARE Prime Health Ins through a military plan after I retired. Even though I did not carry health insurance through my current employer would I notify them about her COBRA Insurance request? Would I notify the TRICARE Prime Health Insurance provider, although I have been retired from the military?
