I do not understand your question. If you have a lawyer ask these questions of your lawyer. If Tandem is your former employer then sue to get the documents. You would move for an injunction under Rule 65-FRCP. You would sue in Federal court and it would be a non-jury. If your lawyer thinks this is a state case (and your former employer is not a government or a church) then your lawyer needs to look at COBRA again. I have the injunction pleadings on my website.
