Thanks Blair, but I was also expecting somebody to tell me is it true or not that COBRA coverage cannot be cancelled retroactively. Anyone? Or is this exactly the $200 questions? :)

: If the COBRA notice was defective you may be able to get your money back. But you will have to consult with an ERISA lawyer and let that lawyer review the COBRA notice. Be prepared to pay $150 to $200 for the consultation. My website has a lsit of lawyers. http://www.erisa.md.
