If I am taking my time to make my decision about cobra and I have up to 60 days, is my employer responsible for paying those two months in payments? Will they have any legality to try and get reimbursemenet if I choose to 1) not take the cobra or 2) choose to take it?
I just figure that I might take my time and figure out all my options and then go in and if I choose give them the money on the last day. Will they expect me to pay for the two months of payments or will I start fresh and they are responsible for the first two months?
