benefits info not forwarded, now I am cancelled
Mybebfits administrator sent my COBRA notice to my po box where I had left a forwarding address. However, the envelope from the admin was a DO NOT FORWARD envelope. Of course it was returned, they made no further attempt to contact me & now I am beyond th 60 day enrollmmet time & without coverage.
I think I did my part & in good faith left a forwarding address & fully expected to get my notices. this stinks
