ARE MY ADP ASSOCIATE DISABILITY BENEFITS WORTHLESS? ARE YOURS?

For 13 months I have been seeking the long term disability benefits that I paid for through the ADP associate benefits program. I have been subject to horrific avoidance and delay tactics by their vendor designed to stall / avoid providing these benefits.

Remember these 2 phrases should you get hurt:
- "Arbitrary and Capricious Standard of Review", and
- "Selectively Uses Evidence"

ADP is an organization that believes in both integrity and ethics. How many other disabled ADP associates are receiving similar mistreatment?

Who am I? I am not a disgruntled former employee, I am proud to say that I am an ADP alumnus, who got hurt while working 24 / 7 for ADP.

I will now have to spend another 12+ months seeking resolution through the legal system.
