Message: I have been working for a Dr's office who has coverage through
Anthem BC - It is under either American Dental Association or Maine
Dental Association. There are 12 employees there. I need coverage for
myself and my husband for 3 months (COBRA) then My new company will pick
me up Through Group Maine Dental Association. My problem. Old employer
says they do not offer cobra as they only have 12 employees. Please
help me, who is right. Do I qualify for COBRA. my coverage runs out
