Message: I was recently laid off of work due to lack of work. I was
given the option to continue my insurance through Cobra with the
understanding that I would be reimbursed for my payment up to 21 weeks.
I just received my first reimbursement and they took taxes out on this
money is that correct???? Shouldn't a reimbursement be just that a
reimbursement without taxes being withheld???? Thank you in advance for
