: I have carelink and am the subscriber. My husband is on my ins. He is terminal ill . I am now eligible for champva because my husband is 100% disabled through the va. My question is my husband eligible for cobra even though I don't want it for myself since I am eligible for champva. My huaband could go to va hosp. but he has excellent Dr who have been doctoring him for 2 years and i want him to keep them.If anyone knows will u please let me know thank you
