Do either the HIPAA or the Cobra Conversion Policy offer the same exact benefits as the original Cobra plan that we're on now? As our Cobra policy will be ending the 18 mths very soon & I need the same coverages in another policy, or at best I'd like to continue Cobra for another 18mths? Any info on this matter will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
