I have been working for a company since February, 2003 for 4 days a week 35 1/2 hours per week. I was put on their insurance in April and now they tell me they have someone coming in to take my place full time (5 days per week). Is there a limit on the amount of time you are on an insurance plan to receive cobra from that plan?
I am 64 years old and cannot get another policy with private insurance.
