I am going to be laid off from my job soon. My wife and I really like the health plan we are on. If my next job does not offer me the same health plan, is there any problem if I elect not to go on the new company's health plan, and decide to stay on COBRA (the old co.'s health plan)? We would like to keep the same doctors we have been so happy with.
